The Right brain is the side of the brain that primarily processes abstract, creative, and emotive information. It is rooted in embodied experience, promoting holistic and non-verbal understanding and processing of the world around us. It focuses on context and meaning, often leading to an appreciation of the patterns, textures, and energies of the environment. It is responsible for perceiving and synthesizing novelty, forming creative insights, and helping us acquire meaning from nonverbal stimuli. In contrast to the Left brain, it operates in an associative and non-rational manner, using what is known to reach towards fresh discoveries and understandings.
